It is time again for our annual ballet program. I adore the Briarwood Ballet, and this year’s performance is one of the most beautiful we’ve seen! I attended dress rehearsal with my #1 girl tonight, and I can’t wait to see the full performance of the story of Joseph tomorrow. The ballet is called The Promise. It will be held Saturday, May 12 at 2:30 and 7:00 p.m. (MA is in the 7:00 p.m. show) and Sunday, May 13 at 2:30 p.m. All shows are at the Barbara B. Barker Fine Arts Auditorium at Briarwood High School on Hwy 119 in Birmingham.

I keep going back and forth about putting Ali into ballet. She really thinks she loves it, but has never tried. I had the great idea of putting her into one of Briarwood’s ballet camps this summer, but my idea came too late – they’re all full.
Hmm…
Briarwood has been such a great blessing for us. Hate it that their camps were full.
