I think I’ve made it pretty clear that I’m a big fan of Pinterest. I have been inspired to try so many new recipes and decorating projects and new outfits from browsing the Pinterest boards. And by and large, they turn out pretty well. But occasionally, I come across an idea that just doesn’t work out like I’d hoped. Not that the original recipe was bad, it’s just that when I tried it at home I obviously didn’t achieve the same results. Take these mozzarella cheese bites:
They look delicious, don’t they? Cute little bites of warm mozzarella with a side of pizza sauce for dipping. I thought my girls would gobble it down, so I gave it a try.
Yep, I think you’d call that a Pinterest fail.

They sure look good though =) My son would still love them. Sometimes he sprinkles some cheese in a pan and lets it melt until crispy. He then enjoys his ‘crispy cheese’.
I’m loving Pinterest as well. I made an Easter bunny cake. Something I’ve been meaning to do for years. This week I’ll make Overnight Yogurt. Can’t wait. Thank you for sharing!
But the question remains…did they taste good? Is fried cheese ever bad? :+)
