Y’all, today has worn me out! We have spent the last eight-ish hours closely watching the weather. Spring time is tornado season in Alabama, and today has been ACTIVE. It seems that every time we are clear of one storm, another pops up. We have been riding it out ALL DAY LONG.
The good news is that so far, it has been much ado about nothing for us. We have waited for it to get bad, thinking at any moment we would need to head to the basement, even heard the tornado sirens twice, but the warnings are cancelled before it gets bad around our house.
At this moment, we are waiting it out again, watching a tornado head right for Pelham, where my husband is at his office. So thankful for God’s protection over us!
