I just had squash and zucchini for breakfast. (That’s a sentence I never thought I’d say, err… write.) We have been trying, TRYING to eat healthier around this house. We’d gotten into a rut where we ate way too much processed, non-fresh, or fast food. And for too many trips to Sol Azteca in a week’s time. So we’re on the healthy bandwagon. And it leads me to eat veggies for breakfast because I know I might have to eat out later in the day, most likely something not-so-healthy.
We are smack-dab in the middle of the busiest part of spring. We have ballet recital on the horizon, so we’re spending extra time perfecting our dances. Soccer season is coming to an end, so we’re trying to get in as much play time as possible. Choir production is in a couple of weeks, so we have extra drama and singing practices. Plus, we are trying to wrap up our homeschooling year. This might sound like a complaint, but let me assure you – I enjoy every minute of the activities my girls are involved in. We are blessed to get to do so much, and we don’t take it for granted!
I scored a couple of great finds at Target the other day. I’ll share in case you ‘d also like to partake in the savings splendor.
This really adorable turquoise and navy swimsuit for Patterson. It was $10. I adore a $10 swimsuit for my girls. We buy and wear so many swimsuits during the summer that if I can score a cute one on the cheap, my day is brighter.
So cute! I love me a good target deal!
