Yesterday my car battery died on me. Fortun-ately, I was able to get to the dealership to have it changed out without being stranded. However, that left Mary Anneliese and me with about 2 hours of time and nothing to do. We didn’t even have a book with us so that we could use our time productively. So we decided to make the best of a bad situation. First we found an open area where she ran for about 30 minutes up and down a huge hill. Great cardio workout! Then we went to Stein Mart, where she found some really cute hand puppets. She entertained me with a puppet show straight from the imagination of a highly creative six-year-old. Then we went over to a sporting goods store, where you can see that we created our own fun. How would you like to see that coming at you on the football field? Before we knew it, our car was ready and we were on our way.
